When the authors of the project were thinking over the infrastructure of the quarter, they visited some European capitals to introduce in Novopecherkie Lipki the best practices of urban areas complex development applied by the leading developers of the world.

The authors of the project designed the infrastructure elements to provide the territory of Novopecherkie Lipki with everything required for comfortable life of the modern dynamic residents of the capital who values their time.

Along with 22 residential buildings, new modern road that will go throughout the quarter, there will arise cozy coffee houses, several modern shopping centers, dainty restaurants, tea house. Banks will open their branches with a view of convenience for the residents. Many has been done with the kids that will grow up in Novopecherkie Lipki in mind. The design provides for kids play rooms with a view for parents which can leave their kids in care for a couple of hours if need be. The authors of the project also suppose to place a medical center and dentist’s office, pharmacy, travel agency, ticket office, offices of the leading insurance company on the territory of the quarter.
