The process of apartment acquisition in Novopecherskie Lipki is simple: for the registration you would need a passport and an identification code only.

The apartment of yours will be commissioned according to the time-frame stated in the Agreement.
You would have to buy the securities (interest-free purposed bonds) that are subject to be exchanged for the apartment. The quantity of bonds are equals your future apartment area.
