Underground Parking
The underground parking of Novopecherskie Lipki goes along the entire section of the buildings under design. You can get to your floor right from the parking and do not have to go outside. The proportion of parking places and the number of the apartments is 1.3:1. The authors of the project assumed that each of the residents will be able place his/her motor vehicle on the territory of Novopecherskie Lipki.
The design also provides for ground parking areas for guests. The first stage of Novopecherskie Lipki includes 691 car places and the total number of the parking places in the quarter is 3,991 while the total number of the apartments is 3,878.
