Phases of Construction

Construction of Novopecherskie Lipki is estimated to have 3 stages. The company started building the first stage in June 2007. A lot has been done for this time. The main task that the developer of the project has defined for the contractor is to complete construction with due quality and in due time. The plan is to commission the first 2 houses of the first stage of Novopecherskie Lipki in the August of 2009 and to complete all civil works by the mid of 2014.

The first stage of Novopecherskie Lipki includes 5 residential buildings cascading in 8-17 floors, designed in an integrated architectural style. The choice of apartments is indeed wide: from stylish single studios to 4-bedroom elegant penthouses with various sophisticated layouts. Total residential area amounts 87 155 sq. m with 632 apartments.

Two-level underground parking for 674 car places will be located through all the designed sections area. Moreover, the creators of the project have made provisions for landside parking for visitors. By the lifts, you can easily get right to your floor from the underground parking.

The infrastructure of the first stage of Novopecherskie Lipki is a sophisticated proportion of residential and commercial premises. Along with the residential building of the first stage, school and kindergarten will be commissioned.
