The present time is characterized with absence of a single architectural style. The city gradually adopted an eclectic look when several architectural styles are mixed in the appearance of one building or quarter. One of the major tasks of the creators of Novopecherskie Lipki was to make a design in a single architectural style that meets the current architectural tradition of Pechersk, enrich and increase its beauty and splendor.
If we do try to identify the style of Novopecherskie Lipki, we should mention neoclassic style, that is an intent to combine everlasting aesthetic values and modern trends in architecture, search for conformity to the present time, ideal images, their eternity, elegant majesty of shapes.
When Novopecherskie Lipki project was reviewed by the City Planning Board in March 2007, it was singled out of the overall scope of complex development projects and was stated to be a model in terms of architecture, correct spread of buildings, and properly added commercial component.

Architect of the Project Architectural Atelier of A.Pashen’ko The company was founded in 1996. today it is a large atelier that works at more than dozen projects at a time. Their works include interiors, cottages, residential buildings and buildings of public use, multifunctional complexes, rehabilitation concepts for city quarters and industrial zones.
